President & CEO

Stephen Garcia is the founder and CEO of Mamba Mentality Consulting Group. His leadership is centered on developing people, building strong teams, and creating an environment where individuals are encouraged to continuously grow both personally and professionally.

That commitment to improvement carries into his life outside of work as well. Stephen enjoys cycling, chess, fitness, and exploring new approaches to health and performance. Whether in business or in his personal pursuits, he values discipline, curiosity, and finding ways to continually raise the standard.

SHAYLA SMITH

Recruiter

Shayla Smith is a Recruiter at Mamba Mentality Consulting Group. Originally from Colorado, she began her career in the legal field before transitioning into the service industry and ultimately finding her place in recruiting and people development.

She is passionate about connecting with people, helping others grow, and creating new opportunities. Outside of work, Shayla loves spending time with her son, especially at the beach, park, and aquarium, and she has a background in dance choreography and competitive cheerleading.

NINA SOON

HR Administrator

Nina Soon is the HR Administrator at Mamba Mentality Consulting Group, bringing a background in sales, operations, and administration to her role. She focuses on supporting the team, creating structure, and making day-to-day processes easier so others can spend more time doing the work they love.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys Disney and theme parks, yoga, wellness, tarot, and spirituality. To her, Mamba Mentality means continuing to move forward, looking within, and always searching for the best version of yourself.

DANIEL KUHELELOA

Senior Leader

Daniel Kuheleloa is a Senior Leader at Mamba Mentality Consulting Group. Born and raised in San Diego, he transitioned from the restaurant industry into sales, where he quickly grew into a leadership role focused on mentoring and developing his team.

He is passionate about personal growth, leadership, and helping others reach their potential. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing pickup basketball. For him, Mamba Mentality means staying disciplined, pushing past limitations, and continuing to improve every day.

FATIMA MONTALVO

Junior Leader

Fatima Montalvo is a Junior Leader at Mamba Mentality Consulting Group. Originally from Mexico, she brings experience across customer service, retail, online sales, and hospitality, with a strong focus on communication, customer relationships, and creating a positive experience for others.

She enjoys continuing to grow in sales and leadership while building strong connections with both customers and her team. Outside of work, Fatima enjoys fitness, trying new restaurants, and spending time at the shooting range.
